  • Fabric composition: 100% Cotton, so the website’s description of a stretchy fabric composition is incorrect.

  • Fabric feel and quality: Feels lighter than that classic stiff jean. Overall, a decent jean fabric for a budget buyer. Ironing after washing is essential to restore the fabric’s original softness and length.

  • Colours: Soft oaty white with silver hardware

  • Pockets: 5 fully functional pockets. two in the back, two in the front, and a classic mini coin pocket.

Creasing notes:

Like most denim, these will crease naturally after sitting. While creases can sometimes be more visible on white fabric, they aren't overly obvious here and blend nicely with the texture of the jeans.

The fabric is completely opaque, so you can wear any colour underwear without worrying about it showing through.

Length & measurements:

  • In summary: On a 5'10 ft woman, these jeans flow nicely past the ankles for a solid full-length look.

  • Waistband circumference: 31.7 inches / 80.5 cm.

  • Inseam: 33.5 inches / 85 cm. The slightly baggy crotch adds extra length, allowing the hems to sit comfortably past the ankles on a 5'10 ft frame.

Ironing recommendations:

  • Temperature: High heat. Suitable for domestic irons.

  • Technique:

    1. Inside-Out First: Iron on high heat to remove deep wrinkles.

    2. Right Side Out Second:

      Steaming (Recommended): Hang the garment freely in the air and using a high heat move the iron across fabric while it hangs. continually pressing the steam button. You can lightly touch the fabric with the iron but try to keep the iron always moving.

      Ironing: Alternatively, you can use an ironing board traditionally, but you must drop to half-heat. This prevents the fibres from melting and creating an "ugly shine." Proceed this method with caution.

  • Remember: Test the heat on a hidden spot of fabric first. Especially when moving to the right side of the fabric.

Washing and drying notes:

  • Prep: Close all zips and buttons, and turn insideout.

  • Detergent and softeners: Skip the Softener. It coats the fibers in a waxy film that breaks down elasticity. This ruins the fit and leads to sagging.

  • Hand wash or Machine wash with: · To prevent length loss across all products, I recommend a cold, delicate wash (30°C max). Modern detergents are specifically designed to activate at low temperatures, so high heat is unnecessary for general cleaning and only leads to fabric shrinkage and wear.

  • Spin: 800 rpm.

  • Drying: Air dry only. Hang them by the leg hems, the weight of the damp waistband helps maintain the length as they dry.

  • DO NOT: Bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean

  • Remember: Wash before you wear to prevent colour tarnsfer.

  • If product accidentally shrinks in wash: Steam iron the fabric (inside out) while damp, gently pulling the legs back into shape.
