In summary: On a 5'10 ft frame, these pants hover roughly a centimetre above the floor when barefoot.
Waistband circumference: 29.5 inch / 74.9 cm.
Inseam: 32.5 inch / 82.6 cm. These pants are slightly baggy at the crotch, offering additional length through the legs. The length is versatile and can be adjusted by wearing the waistband higher or lower on the hips.

Design Details:

Shape: While technically a wide-leg cut, these look more like a loose straight-leg. This silhouette offers the comfort of a track pant with a elasticated back waistband, paired with the polished flat front of a classic trouser. An excellent staple that can be easily styled up for a professional office look or down for weekends. So comfy, it’s like wearing track pants to work.
Waistband Rise: High-rise (sits comfortably above the belly button).
Fabric composition: 97% Polyester, 3% Elastane.
Fabric feel and quality: · Incredibly soft waffle-knit on the outside with a "silky-smooth" finish on the inside. It’s cozy enough to layer for winter but thin and breathable enough for warmer weather too.
Colours: ‘Harbor Ink’ is a beautiful, muted deep grey-blue.
Pockets: Two deep, functional front pockets.
Closure: Convenient pull-on style with a extremely stretchy back waistband.

Creasing notes:

If you’re not too fussed by minor creasing these are a great low maintenance pant especially in a darker colour. They are advertised as wrinkle-resistant but do arrive with shipping creases that persist after washing. You cannot iron this fabric, so steaming is the best option for crease removal. These lines can then still linger at a minor level, fortunately, the waffle texture masks any creases well. I recommend buying in a dark colour for a low maintenance staple.

Underwear suggestions:

Feel free to wear any style of underwear. The medium-weight waffle knit is very opaque, and the dark colour ensures nothing shows through from underneath.

All day comfort?

Designed to feel like lightweight track pants, these offer a relaxed silhouette and an elasticated back waistband for maximum comfort. The fabric is ultra-soft inside and out and does have some stretch in it. Plus, the loose fit through the crotch ensures no digging in when sitting, just pure, effortless comfort all day.

What size am I wearing in these pictures? Size small (8/10). I am 5'10 ft and my body measures between a size 8 and 10 with most brands.

Sizing notes:

I usually wear an AU 8 – 10, which aligns with Halara’s “Small” size. This fit is quite relaxed, and the waistband isn't close to stretching to its full potential on my body. I could size down for a snugger fit, however I prefer the softer look and feel of the small on my body.

You measure between sizes? I recommend sizing down. There is plenty of stretch in the waistband, so going smaller won’t feel restrictive. If you prefer a very casual, baggy fit, then size up.
You’re a true match to the Harala size chart? Stay true to size for a standard fit. These pants are comfortable without being overly loose. If you want the waist to "hug" you more, size down.
Which length should I opt for? Choose Extra Tall for heights 5'9 – 5'11, or Ultra Tall if you are 6'0+ or want a floor-length look with heels.

~~Ironing~~ Steaming recommendations:

Avoid traditional ironing. Pressing this fabric against a hard surface with direct heat can easily damage the elastic fibres or melt the material. To safely remove wrinkles, steam the garment only while it hangs freely on a hanger, no ironing board needed.

Test: Hang the pants inside out and steam-test a small area on a high setting to ensure the heat is safe for the fabric.
Setup: Turn product right side up, and hang in the air again.
Action: Move the iron constantly across the wrinkled sections while releasing steam, by pressing the steam button repeatedly. While light fabric contact is okay, you must keep the iron moving at all times.

Washing and drying notes:

Prep: Close all zips and buttons, and turn insideout.
Detergent and softeners: Skip the Softener. It coats the fibers in a waxy film that breaks down elasticity. This ruins the fit and leads to sagging.
Hand wash or Machine wash with: · To prevent length loss across all products, I recommend a cold, delicate wash (30°C max). Modern detergents are specifically designed to activate at low temperatures, so high heat is unnecessary for general cleaning and only leads to fabric shrinkage and wear.
Spin: 600 - 800 rpm. A lower spin protects the elastane fibres, helping the pants keep their shape and prevent sagging.
Drying: Air dry only. Hang them by the leg hems, the weight of the damp waistband helps maintain the length as they dry.
DO NOT: Iron, bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean.
Remember: Wash before you wear to prevent colour tarnsfer.
